When smbsh is executed without a username argument, the Username: prompt is not 
output until after the user has input the username.  This is on;y cosmetic but 
very confusing.

The fix is simple - it needs an fflush().

sorry for the same, cleaning up the database to prevent unecessary reopens of bugs.
