The Samba BDC Howto needs to be updated for 3.0

One thing I found confusing was that you need to have 'security = user' set for
it to work.  Although this is the default, it's a big confusing not having this
mentioned at all in the docs, especially when you are editing an existing
smb.conf file.

Not only out dated but also in need of complete revision.

New HOWTO is more up to date. Further updates will follow before Samba-3.0.0 ships.
