Hi! I'm not 100% sure, but my overall feeling from swat/lang/ localization is that it's useless. At the moment at least distributions come with: lang/tr lang/tr/images lang/tr/images/viewconfig.gif lang/tr/images/passwd.gif lang/tr/images/globals.gif lang/tr/images/samba.gif lang/tr/images/status.gif lang/tr/images/shares.gif lang/tr/images/printers.gif lang/tr/images/home.gif lang/tr/help lang/tr/help/welcome.html lang/ja/help lang/ja/help/welcome.html And that's it. So, the only "localization" you may get is a welcome message, any of the documentation still is in english only... So, it's more misleading rather than helpful - if you, on whatever reason don't know english, that documentation won't help you at all... So my question is - does it really make sence to keep this pages there?
those files which reside there are being used, for example the Turkish images with translated text in it. If you want more pages to be translated, feel free to do more translations ;-). Removing translations because not *everything* is translated isn't useful.
originally reported against 3.0.11pre1. Moving back to version to 3.0.10 to remove preX and rcX versions.
