Description Helge Blischke 2004-12-12 11:19:32 UTC
If security = server is configured in the globals section, any printer related
rpcclient subcommands fail. Example:

> rpcclient -U administrator%xxxxxxxx -c 'enumprinters' netbiosname
> failed session setup with NT_STATUS_OK
> Cannot connect to server. Error was NT_STATUS_UNSUCCESSFUL

The same error occurs if the netbios name is replaced by the DNS name
or "localhost".

please retest against 3.0.11 and reopen if the bug still exists.
If you do find the bug is still rpesent, please attach a level 10
debug from rpcclient and from smbd. Thanks.
