The HAVE_WRFILE_KEYTAB result is negated in the main configure.in.

I've grabbed this fix from SerNet samba src rpm.

That way we reverted the logic again. Lars picked up that fix from our src-rpm
because the configure-test segfaults when linked against static heimdal (still
no idea why). So we changed the default-result in our rpms.

I've just applied another fix that brings back the logic in line and that
handles our heimdal-segfault as a side-effect.

Tested via "net ads keytab create" with heimdal-0.6.3 (static and dynamic) and
mit-1.3.4.

sorry for the same, cleaning up the database to prevent unecessary reopens of bugs.
