I use Samba with Linux as PDC. I tried Gentoo Linux and Slackware Linux. Kernel 2.4.* and 2.6.*. Samba works there great!
there have been no other reports of this. Have you checked for Bad RAM or some other hardware failure?
It was tested on 3 different computers.
please retest against 3.0.11 and reopen if necessary. Also reset the version if you reopen the bug report. Thanks.
