When using Samba with "printing = cups", new printers are immediately detected
when sending smbd a SIGHUP signal, but removed printers still appear.

Patch to fix the bug

This patch removes stale printers before adding new ones, and fixes the bug.

Looks right to me.  applying to the 3.0 tree.  Probably will be in 3.0.10.

sorry for the same, cleaning up the database to prevent unecessary reopens of bugs.
