We are running Fedora Core 3 Test 1 (kernel-2.6.8-1.541.i686) with Samba-3.0.7 
installed. The samba file server has joined the Windows 2003 ADC forest as a 
member server.

The problems is:
The winbind does not fetch/update with  latest user accounts/group accounts 
from the Windows 2003 ADC controller. For example, After we have changed 
windows 2003 Group names or added addtional user groups. But we can not apply 
these new groups to a samba share/folders/files. The samba reports the groups 
are invalid. We tried to use winbind cache time = 0 or restart smb/nmbd/winbind 
daemons, but they did not solve the problems.

We have upgraded to Samba-3.0.8pre1 codes. It is showing the update and new  
groups+users mappings.

sorry for the same, cleaning up the database to prevent unecessary reopens of bugs.
