Some strings are translated wrong (into German) on http://localhost:901/globals

I have attached a screenshot which shows the string "_ndere Passwort", which 
menas "Change password". Seems to be completely misplaced on that page, as you 
can change from beginner to advanced view and vice versa.

And, as you can see, the special characters (Umlauts) are wrong. It should be 
"Speichere Änderungen" instead of "Speichere _nderungen" and "Setze Werte 
zurück" instead of "Setze Werte zur_ck".

The problem with the Umlauts appears on all SWAT pages in all (Windows based) 
browsers.

If it's still broken in 3.5, please reopen.
3.0 isn't supported anymore.

I don't think we should close bugs with WONTFIX that are easy to verify

in this case I think we really have fixed the issue since a long time by
