The Binary was downloaded from www.bullfreeware.com.

Tested both 3.0.4 and 3.0.0, got this error msg when run testparm command

root@catweb:/usr/local/samba/bin/testparm
Load smb config files from /usr/local/samba/lib/smb.conf

Processing section "[data2]"
Segmentation fault(coredump)

got a core dump and also see the system error report.

please retest against 3.0.11 and reopen if necessary.  Also reset 
the version if you reopen the bug report.  Thanks.

sorry for the same, cleaning up the database to prevent unecessary reopens of bugs.
