Add "Microsoft Distributed file system" support to smbclient

started working on this last night.  Looks like we might 
need a major overhaul of the internal cli_XXX() API to get
the NT_STATUS_XXX return codes to propagate up the call stack.

ok.  Finally got a model that works.  Checked in smbclient dfs 
support to r5518.  Will be included in 3.0.12pre1.
There still a few issues to resolve.  But I'm closing this one since
the majority of the work is done.

sorry for the same, cleaning up the database to prevent unecessary reopens of bugs.
