There is no “Allow network users to log in in the login window” option which marked in the attachment. This prevents us from switching to a domain user to log in.

SAMBA OS versoin:    CentOS v8.22
SAMBA version:       v4.13.2
Terminal OS verion:  MAC OS v10.14.6

Case1[OK]:  Test with Windows AD 
1. Join the MAC computer to Windows AD, it shows successful, and the MAC computer can also be seen in AD;
2. Log in to the computer as an AD user, and the login is successful.


Case2[NG]:  Test with SAMBA domain 
1. Join the MAC computer to the SAMBA domain, it shows that the joining is successful, the computer can also be seen in the SAMBA domain;
2. There is no “Allow network users to log in in the login window” option which marked in the attachment. This prevents us from switching to a domain user to log in.
BTW, join a Windows computer to the SAMBA domain is OK.
