There seem to be some broken database entries in bugzilla, where "Hardware"
field is empfty.
Trying to add me to cc of #1318 fails with this message:

 You tried to change the Hardware field from  to All, but only the owner or
submitter of the bug, or a sufficiently empowered user, may change that field.
