One can add both the "kevin" account and the "kévin" account.

This is prohibited in MS-AD.

All Samba-AD version are concerned. 

How to reproduce :
samba-tool user add kevin --random-password
samba-tool user add kévin --random-password
samba-tool user list -> both users are listed
