Description Guido Leenders 2004-05-14 04:32:28 UTC
We are implementing 2.2.8a at a customer site. The Quality engineer uses ABC
FlowCharter to depict processes. His home-directory just migrated from NT4 to
Samba.

Since then, he can no longer save ABC Flowcharter files (extension igx) on his
home drive. However, he can save them local or on a NT4 drive. Then copy them
using Explorer to the Samba drive.

Error:
iGrafx FlowCharter 2003
Cannot save to h:\data\Procesnetwerk.igx. Access to this path is denied.
This volume may not support long filenames.
Save to another file?

OK / Cancel

My collegeau tested it with his (older) version of Flowcharter. Same problem.

The log shows nothing special.

2.2.x is EOL. Pleas test against 3.0.11 and reopen if bug still exists.

sorry for the same, cleaning up the database to prevent unecessary reopens of bugs.
