When a link attribute is first created on Windows, its RMD_VERSION starts from one. When it gets created on Samba, its RMD_VERSION starts from zero.

In a mixed Samba-Windows environment, this could potentially cause link conflicts to be resolved inconsistently (version is the first field checked).
