samba_kcc is very unhappy with sites without a NTDS Site Settings object.

It generates a python exception.

It definitely relies on the object existing currently. This case, in theory, should only occur with old provisions which did not create the object. Is that correct?

The question is how to deal with this setup. Should the KCC just fix the object, or should it just complain and tell you to fix it yourself (or with some tool)?
