After upgrading our samba enviroment (4 local DCs, 3 off-site) to 4.5.0 no management via RSAT, except ADSI and DNS is possible. Downgrading back to 4.4.5 immediately fixes the problem.
The snapins fail stating "network path not found", dispite there is certainly no error in name resolution.
