FreeRADIUS would like the MSV1_0_ALLOW_MSVCHAPV2 constant exposed in wbclient.h.  It is functionally available (as all the logon parameters are, because they are passed over directly to the DC), but not included in the header.

This patch also makes it possible to use with ntlm_auth, to show how it works.

Fixed in Samba 4.5.0rc1 with 0b500d413c5b76188c0c566318be7079b777237c
