wins_freebsd.c

For a long time nss_winbindd and nss_wins were suplied as a part of FreeBSD patches to Samba.

Recently, nss_winbindd was incorporated into Samba. Unfortunatelly nss_wins was missed from the merge. I see no reason not to include it, although WINS itself doesn't have much of the value by itself now. But still :)

this is in master with a997c7780e69117bcc18b43834275d9bb332c4ad

as this is not a bug fix, it will not go to released branches but will be in samba 4.4 then.
