The build with GPFS support is broken in 4.3.0.

For the case that the GPFS headers are not stored at "/usr/lpp/mmfs/include/",
we need an option for selecting the place, where the headers are stored.

If GPFS Support is available, the GPFS headers are also needed to build the debug.c.
