installswat.sh installs *.html files in ./docs/htmldocs, but it doesn't install
image files in ./docs/htmldocs/images. Because of it, HTML pages displayed
via SWAT have broken links to image files.

sorry for the same, cleaning up the database to prevent unecessary reopens of bugs.
