After creating new user account all attempts to managing shows access denied 
window.

I use OpenLDAP 2.0.27 and LDAP database as backend.

I've found that "sambaMungedDial" attribute after creating too big:

After removing this attribute all works fine.

A fix was checked in to CVS for this already, but after 3.0.2a, so it will be in
the next release.

originally reported against 3.0aph24.  Bugzilla spring cleaning.  
Removing old alpha versions.
