Please retry with a recent 4.0 or 4.1. 4.0.0rc4 is not an officially supported version. If you can reproduce this with 4.0.21 or 4.1.11, please re-open this bug with similar information.

Well, then please either talk to RedHat about this defect or grab more up-to-date RPMs from other sources.
