Sparked by https://lists.samba.org/archive/samba-technical/2012-April/082661.html a discussion about the tdb/tdb2 API took place, see that thread for reference. This must be resolved before we proceed with the Samba 4 release process.

TDB2 discussion lead to NTDB and a decision not to peruse to for Samba 4.0
