I submitted a bugreport to bugzilla.samba.org. and in the process I specified an attachment, but did not fill in a description. Instead of giving me an error message, the tracker went ahead and posted my bugreport, without the attachment. So I had to attach it in a separate step (which did stop me with an error page).

can you please test if this is still a problem with recent bugzilla versions, for example the 4.x version on bugzilla.mozilla.org and report the bug in this "bugzilla bugzilla" then ? Honestly I think we won't update our bugzilla just because of this issue as this is too much hassle.
