When "make install" tries to install tdb's manual pages, it fails for a number of reasons:

 * mandir isn't defined,
 * there's a semicolon missing after the install command, and
 * it assumes the manual pages are in section 1 instead of section 8.

Thanks Matt!

The tdb build system has changed beyond recognition and the patch no longer applies.

Nobody has complained for over a decade, so let's assume it is fixed.
