Attached find a patch to v3-3-test that ports 7070256f5e29
from master. It fixes a crash that can happen if shortly
before ctdbd_traverse was entered ctdbd has been killed. We
should at least give an error message and not crash
immediately.

Patch is upstream and will be included in 3.3.5.
