source/install.sh is shipped sans execute bits.  It needs to be chmoded to 755.

Fixed in CVS, although I don't think we actually use install-sh anywhere(!).

You will need to make a new checkout to see the changes, or 'rm install-sh' then
'cvs update install-sh;

Cleaning up non-production versions.

sorry for the same, cleaning up the database to prevent unecessary reopens of bugs.
