Description Roger Bailey (dead mail address) 2005-06-28 08:29:20 UTC
I am building Samba 3.0.14a on Redhat Linux 2.4.21-32.0.1.ELsmp.

I have MySQL built and running fine (Distrib 4.1.12).

If I build Samba normally, Samba works fine.

If I configure --with-expsam=mysql --with-mysql-prefix=/usr/local/mysql I get
the following error when I make:

nsswitch/wb_common.c: storage size of 'sunaddr' isn't known.

What can be done to correct this?

Sorry for the long delay investigating your issue, however since then the experimental MySQL passdb DB has been removed, and the build system overhualed.

I think it is safe to say any underlying bug here has since been addressed.
