Building Samba 4.25.0 on macOS 26 fails for two reasons:

1. bsd_init_statvfs() accepts struct statvfs but accesses fields belonging to struct statfs, such as f_iosize, f_mntonname, and f_flags. The source also lacks the header declaring DEBUG().

2. LP_RESOLVE uses res_search() without directly linking against libresolv, causing an undefined _res_9_search error while linking libcli-ldap.
The statvfs issue may also affect other BSD platforms.
