For Samba notification on modifying a file -

Scenario1:
When kernel change notification is disabled, smb file change notification is not received on modifying the file from Windows client(share mapped by Scale CES IP)

Scenario2: 
When kernel change notification is enabled, then samba smb client receives the file change notification.

However, in a different scenario where smb notify filters have --->
Attribute Change -- false
Last Write Change" -- true

then samba smb client does not receives the file change notification
