Hi,

I have a domain with 2 DC (dc01 e dc02) running on Debian 13 with Samba 4.22.4 installed from source.

It's running ok, but, for my surprise, dc01 is inacessible.

Only log that i have is:

2025-09-24T20:57:33.533151-03:00 dc01 samba[31881]:   UpdateRefs failed with WERR_DS_DRA_ACCESS_DENIED/NT code 0xc0002105 for c949e7e8-9ffe-4be7-8022-8c7a46c94c4f._msdcs.comain.local DC=domain,DC=local


And in console with samba-tool, get errors about RID.



See in RSAT (Windows) that DC01 dont appear in Domain Controllers.

Dont touch in anything!! :(

Workaround:

Seize FSMO roles on DC02

Demote DC01

Reinstall samba and promote to AD in Domain (DC02)
