Small patch to add a "net time offset -S <server>" subcommand

Please find enclosed a small patch to "net time" that adds an "offset" subcommand displaying the offset between the local client time and the server provided time:

# net time offset -S ad-dc-1.some.where
Local:  2024-12-10 08:31:55.218288697
Remote: 2024-12-10 08:31:55.214404000
Offset: -0.003884697
