There is a domain controller based on Windows 2019 with a 2016 domain level, and a samba 4.21 domain controller is also being introduced into a separate site 
while there is only one samba domain controller in a separate site, the repsTo attribute is not filled in as a result of which samba-tool drs showrepl is not displayed correctly
