patch for 4.10

This appears to be due to the pre-generated docs in a release tarball and somehow happens on OpenSUSE in particular. 

As reported and confirmed fixed on samba mailing list.  Fix by David Mulder was already in master.

Sadly Samba 4.10 is no longer in support.

Fixed in master in 8e7b63a17112c012652d0c85ef8a45870e83d589 for Samba 4.11.
