Hi,

I am using samba4.5.4 on my fedora22.
When I set "log file=/mypath/log.smbd" in smb.conf all nmbd and smbd logs are dumping to log.smbd.

If the "log file=" (empty) is set, deamon logs are dumped to respective log files(smbd->log.smbd and nmbd->log.nmbd). NO issue.

This issue is reproducible everytime when log file name is set.
Could you please check why the different behavior when log file name is set.

The same issue exists in samba-4.4.x also.
