Apologies if I've managed to file this incorrectly; I've run into this error message while trying to add a user.

sandwich% sudo samba-tool user add tom
[sudo] password for tom:
New Password:
Retype Password:
Unknown parameter encountered: "refresh"

ERROR(<type 'exceptions.ValueError'>): Failed to add user 'tom':  - unable
to parse dn string

Closing this, it works for me on 4.15.7
