nss_wrapper-1.0.3.tar.gz includes this pre-compiled Python object:
.ycm_extra_conf.pyc
I suppose it was included by mistake (only the source *.py file should have been included).
Please consider excluding this file from the upcoming nss_wrapper tarballs.

I looked at 1.1.16 and it doesn't contain any *.pyc files, so I think this can be closed as fixed.
