samba-docs-20040215.tar.bz2 lack README, which for example prevents me from knowing how exactly should the manpages be correctly and efficiently installed.

The docs are installed by the main Samba package - samba-docs contains a
snapshot merely for those interested in following the progress of the
documentation. It is not intended to be used. I have renamed docbook.txt to
README though, because people weren't looking at it...

sorry for the same, cleaning up the database to prevent unecessary reopens of bugs.
