FreeMiNT patch

Hi,

Attached is a patch that gets samba working on FreeMiNT.

It's not really FreeMiNT specific as it fixes really some missing #if checks that the compilation system has already worked out.

Plus, the additional item of fixing the LDFLAGS when building statically.
