Stub and secondary zones are also stored in AD DNS partitions.
For the former we need to use NS info in the partitions to know which server to query. For the latter we can't pretend that we are authoritative.

is this the same issue what the patch from https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9742 addresses?
